USThe oceanfront apartment was much nicer than expected. The staff was great and I loved the views and the attention to detail that the owner put into the apartment. Nothing was second class.

USCREDIT CARD FRAUD: This is the most obnoxious place I have ever encountered. First, theyโll double charge your room behind your back, and when you confront them for a refund, theyโll cancel it midway so it doesnโt actually go through. The fact that I had to check my card to see they charged me twice, then confront them at their front desk, only to find out they cancelled the refund request 3 days after they submitted it really makes me want to report this business to the authorities. Way to force me to check my card 3 times and call to be left on voicemail. Now I have to file a dispute and maybe some legal action would set you all straight. This is NOT a 5-star resort: Before you book, ask yourself how this qualifies as a 5-star resort with a pool and gym looking like the photos. Compare it to the Westin and Marriott next door. Something a little fishy? Definitely. Donโt fall for this scam of a hotel. The amenities are hideous, you get no room service, no cleaning service, have to walk to the front desk just to get new towels, they donโt give you new soap or shampoo so you literally have to walk to the front desk and get them yourself, annnnd theyโll double charge you, and if you issue a refund, theyโll cancel that halfway through so it doesnโt get reflected in your account. :)
