Sliding door to balcony was broken. It only opened on one side so could not fully enjoy the natural air (I am not a fan of air conditioning)
USThe Amenities, laundry included, cold water ready when we play pickle ball & tennis court. Staff are very friendly, engaging & accommodating all the time. I enjoyed the Black Rock cliff jumping, the beach is cleaned, pleasant even in the morning run. Very relaxing. Thank you for making it available. WE celebrated our birthday in Maui. Mine is 7/31, my daughter is 7/29, my bf is 8/6. Thank you.
The amenities was extra and in my payment breakdown, it has extra $264.00 for resort fee so my impression was it's already included but to my surprise, I was told at the front desk to pay upon arrival again and I know I paid it but I have no way to prove it, I did not screen shot the breakdown at that time and now it appears as a total amount paid. When we arrive I have to pay extra $33.00/day total of $311.00 plus change whether we use it or not. I was hoping it was told to me in the beginning that it's included and even if I didn't ask, it's good to be told and make us aware that we have to pay extra prior to coming. The Terms and condition was provided after we presented our concern or our inquiry about the extra $311.00 plus. It was not a good communication awareness.

My trip was a 7 day stay and after several days of no maid service I had to call them. Unfortunately they only came that one time.
USCleaned, good location. Love the decorations in the room. Kitchen was awesome. We loved having breakfast and dinner out of balcony watching and listening the ocean waves. We hope to come back.
