The beach was just steps away, so were all activities.
USWe really liked the location, tons of different restaurants nearby, beach, the long walkway along the coast, chance to look at other hotels and their animals/plants, cleanliness of the apartment. There was almost everything in the room that we needed. The staff is very friendly, though not very helpful sometimes because it’s not a hotel, so they don’t provide cleaning and everything room-related.
If you plan to charge something with usb like I did, you’ll be disappointed. There are only regular outlets for charging. In addition, we were annoyed by the noise from the remodeling. The building is scheduled to be renovated this fall, but for our room (315) the noise from it was minor. It's worth noting that we knew about this before booking, but from Airbnb, not Booking. We also had issues with another remodel right above our room. It was very noisy from hammering and drilling. Thankfully only for one day.
USUSThe location so near to Whalers Village is a bonus. There is a nice sandy beach on the property.
No one told us about the construction on the property. Never posted on the website and never mentioned when we checked in. Only a small space of the pool was open, balance closed off for safety. Room above was going through a remodel. Air hammers being used for 2 days. Management did nothing when I asked for a new room. No compensation for inconvenience.
USAbsolutely loved the property - very clean and in the perfect location. The photos honestly don’t do the place justice as it feels so much nicer than what I saw in the photos. Most units seem to have all the stuff you need like beach chairs and snorkel gear, etc. The pool is nice and the gym is decently equipped. I also loved that the Whaler Shops were right next door which made it easy to dine out and also shop at an ABC store.
If I had to get picky, it’s that sometimes the smoke from Hula Grill blows in the direction of the farthest south side of the building, but it wasn’t constant. But otherwise everything was fantastic at this property.
