4 bedroom luxurious detached home

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The host was excellent—very responsive and easy to contact, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The house itself was amazing. We used three bedrooms, all spacious and comfortable. With three bathrooms and an additonal WC downstairs, there was never any waiting around, which was ideal for the family. In the evenings, the selection of board games kept everyone entertained and brought the whole family together. The location was perfect too—Aldi was literally on the doorstep, and Morrisons just a short drive away. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and walking trails, it was the ideal base for exploring. We especially enjoyed our trip to Golitha Falls, which is only about 12 minutes drive away and Looe, about a 17 minute drive. Would definitely recommend this place, and a big thank you to the host for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great house, spacious with comfortable beds! Clear and efficient communication with the host who dealt with a couple of small issues really quickly.

Very spacious and had 3 full bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The house was fully equipped and in a brilliant location.

Our stay in this large home was really comfortable and suited our needs really well. There's lots of space for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. There is room for parking two cars and there is an Aldi really close by which is really convenient. The owner was quick to answer our queries and very helpful.

We didn't realise this was a family home and lots of the belongings were still in the house (there was nothing in the description to explain this). This meant that there wasn't much space in some of the rooms to store our own clothes. The fridge, freezer and cupboards also had lots of food already in them meaning there was very little space for our own. The house wasn't as clean as it could be, especially the kitchen. There was still food stuck to the plates and cutlery so we had to wash things before use. The black wheelie bin was overflowing which wasn't pleasant during a very hot stay. Finally, all of the showers (some much worse than others) were really blocked so we could only use them for a few minutes before the tray risked overflowing.

Only a 5 minute drive from Liskeard station, easy to find and easy access via a lockbox. There was really good communication before and throughout the stay. There were three bathrooms (two shared, one en suite) and a toilet on the ground floor so good for getting ready etc. Aldi is a few minutes walk away so handy if you need any bits.

Some cleaning wasn’t amazing mainly in the kitchen but it was nothing major and the host did let me know there were some issues with the previous guest so I had no issue! We also had to bring our own towels - just something to be aware of

The house was beautiful, clean and welcoming and the facilities were great.

The weather as we were there for a wedding and it rained for most of the day.

The house was absolutely beautiful. We had absolutely the best time with our family. Will recommend and will come back soon!
