4 bedroom luxurious detached home

It is very spacious with three washrooms saved our time , has a cute garden and furniture was well maintained. It is on a good location where you can find a good walk in woods and river. The owner was cooperative too.

Spacious, homely, clean, tidy and well equipped for families. Very quiet area and would come again.

Me and my family nicknamed this house the home alone house as its beautiful inside and out. We packed a Christmas tree and decorations to make our Christmas getaway perfect and when we arrived the house was decorated top to bottom with Christmas so we didnt even waste anytime setting up our own bits! It was beautiful and the pictures on here do not do it justice. It was an extremely smooth stay from start to finish. We was warned that satnavs have difficulty finding the house as its a new estate but we use the waze app and it found it no problem. We was only 2 minute drive to aldi and 4 minutes to morrisons, b'n'm and argos and others shops. The WiFi worked on every floor of the house. The kitchen was full everything you could need, there was books so I could read my children bedtime stories and it's the most at home we have ever felt with using booking.com we travel to Cornwall every month and this is by far our favourite stay. If tour thinking of booking this house, make sure you do, you will not regret it. My mother in law kept telling ne how beautiful an stylish the house was. Kept the whole family happy and will be booking again 100%. Merry Christmas from the Austins.

The house was beautifully decorated and even had Christmas decorations up. One toilet was broken from previous occupants but the owner let me know before we got there. Beds were comfortable and lounge was gorgeous. Kitchen had everything we needed. The garden was nice but due to the weather it wasn't used.

There was a leak in the kitchen on arrival which was sorted very quickly. The bathroom upstairs being out of order was a bit inconvenient but that did not distract from the time we had there. There was no normal TV channels on the TV.

Facilities were excellent, everything you needed and Ashely let me know if there was anything particular you needed to bring. He's quick with responses and accommodating to the best he can be.

It's not that I didn't like it, as the house was so homely, it didn't really feel like you were away. However, being a family with children, including a newborn, this is exactly what we needed.
