The only thing I really appreciated was the staff that was responding quickly via whapp and was very helpful.

The apartment is located in the very center, on the 3rd floor of an pretty old building, there is no elevator. Although the location is perfect and the fact that the apartment was totally soundproof, upon our arrival I found that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned and raised the problem with one of the staff via whapp. I was offered cleaning services the other day but I had it already cleaned myself as we have a little baby. In terms of facilities, the apartment is ok, not much furniture. The bathroom had really poor flushing and the shower head was leaking terribly. I think the apartment had seen better days and requires investment.

Predivan apartman s pogledom na staru arhitekturu i zagrebačku katedralu. Prostor je prepun svjetlosti, što mi je bilo posebno važno jer sam putovala poslovno i dio posla odrađivala upravo u apartmanu. Kupaonica je uredna, a kuhinja opremljena svime što je potrebno za brze doručke, večere i predah uz kavu. Kada mi je bilo dosta posla, u neposrednoj blizini nalaze se Zrinjevac i centar grada – idealni za razbistriti um. Željeznički kolodvor također je vrlo blizu, što mi je puno značilo jer sam putovala vlakom. Veselim se ponovno doći. Bilo mi je zaista lijepo!

Vi riporto i consigli così migliorare ulteriormente: - Aggiungere un mobiletto per appoggiare e APPENDERE vestiti o giubbini, è veramente necessario - Lasciare in stanza al check-in rotoli di carta igienica in linea con la permanenza , noi ne abbiamo avuti 2 per una settimana - Lasciare in stanza condimenti necessari per cucinare - 1 chiave in più, anche perché senza non potrete aprire il cancello di giù Le scale ci sono, è un 3 piano e non ci poter fare nulla giustamente. Per i clienti consigliamo comunque di valutarlo, dopo 2 giorni vi potreste abituare e le scale non sono altissime N.B: molti si lamentano delle stanza affianco (è praticamente un appartamento con 3 camere separate, il mini corridoio è in comune), per noi non è stato un problema, si rispetta molto gli orari di silenzio

Günlük temizlik yapılmıyor. Havlular değıstirilmiyor. Temizlik ve yeni havlu isterseniz ücret talep ediyorlar. Kaldığım süre boyunca çöpleri ne yapacağımı bilemedim. Çöp kutuları doldu. Odada bir giysi dolabı yoktu. Eşyalarımı valizden çıkartamadım.

I had a lovely and comfortable stay in this cute and well-equipped studio! The location is very central and convenient and the hosts are exceptionally responsive and friendly.
