The location is perfect and the studio is very warm, clean and cozy (with a nice practical design).

I did not know that the property is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I could not see anywhere codes for wifi (which was ok, as I have unlimited data roaming).

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Its location is excellent. It is located 5-7 mins walk from Ban Jelačić's square which is in the city centre. The sound isolation in the apartment is excellent. With all windows closed, you can't hear any traffic noise from the outside.

The only thing that I would fix in the apartment is the shower cabin door. Even when the door is closed, there's still a small opening that lets small amounts of water out of the cabin during showering.

I was very pleased with my stay at this place. The location was simply excellent - close to the city center, but in a quiet neighborhood. The landlord was very welcoming and accommodated us by allowing a one-hour later checkout. This was very convenient, as I needed to finish some matters before departure. The apartment itself was furnished in a modern style and had a balcony, which created a sense of openness and light. Overall, I can confidently recommend this place to anyone who values a convenient location, hospitable hosts, and a contemporary design.

The only minor points were that the apartment seemed to have accumulated a bit of dust, and there was no elevator in the building, which made carrying my luggage upstairs on the fourth floor a bit of a challenge. Moreover, there was an unpleasant sewer odor coming from an open manhole cover outside the building, which was somewhat unpleasant.
