- Good location for the area: In this region, having a car is usually necessary, but the hotel is walkable to the night market they host, which is a plus. - Nice concept and design: The hotel has a cute, cozy concept that works especially well for couples. - Eco-friendly: Clear focus on sustainability. - Good amenities: Amenities are well provided. - Spacious room: Large room with a small kitchenette for light heating. - Hot water works well: No issues with the water heating system. - Privacy as expected: Privacy is handled in a typical way for this type of room, with curtains and items left outside. Some may find it unusual, but it was expected and fine for us.

- Breakfast: Weak overall. Delivered to the balcony but often cold, fixed menu, and must be selected in advance. - Hygiene concerns: The duvet cover had stains. Although it was changed, it raised concerns about bedding hygiene. - Insects: Being surrounded by nature means insects are present, especially in the bathroom area and not much is done to counter that. - Odd house rules: A list of “don’ts,” some of which feel excessive and unnecessary, creates a strange impression. - Not ideal for long stays: Better suited for short stays, which is generally the case for Cameron Highlands.

The property has a very unique and well-thought-out concept that blends perfectly with nature. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and feels like a true escape from the city. I really love the staff here — they are all very polite and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant.

The only downside is that the room is not soundproof. Noise from neighbouring guests, including laughter and a child crying at night, could be heard quite clearly.
