No curtains or blinds at the upper level door and the stair got gapped which was disturbing and spooky. Overall are ok

Only the location.

Do not confuse this with a typical resort where you will find other facilities. This is more like a campsite with small camp-like rooms and no other services , not even a small gym. Behaviour of the staff and reception team is cold (not welcoming) and the property has a lot of rules. There's no one available after 10 PM at the reception desk so if you need anything after that time, you have to wait till 8 am in the next morning. Bathroom and toilet is cramped with a very small vanity. Hot water is only available in the shower and that too is only lukewarm. There was a big spider in our room for which we tried to contact the reception at night with no luck and they didn't even ask for it or replied to us in the next morning. Only 2 water bottles are provided (500ml) each. Soundproofing is a big issue, you literally hear everything from other sorrounding rooms. We liked the location but there are other properties available in the same location with a better value-for-money offerred. Other rules include, no slippers inside rooms, quiet hours after 10pm till 8am, main gate closes at 12am, brealfast menu to be confirmed by 6pm everyday etc. Overall the price charged is quite high compared to the facilities and services offerred.

Bungalow pulito sommariamente e poco funzionale: bagno al piano terra mentre le camere sono al primo piano e per accedervi bisogna salire su una scaletta scomoda e pericolosa. Colazione orribile: menu composti esclusivamente da opzioni salate. Unica opzione dolce due pancakes con pochissima marmellata. Caffè e thè con bustine di preparati solubili con i quali non ci hanno nemmeno fornito l'acqua calda. Colazione viene servita in camera e non prima delle 7.30 (!); avevamo chiesto puntualità nel portarcela dato che alle 8 avevamo un tour organizzato ma la colazione è arrivata solo alle 7.50 e dopo innumerevoli solleciti. Abbiamo praticamente saltato la colazione.
