Unzählige Katzen belagern das Haus und sind bei offener Türe sofort innen, bin 4x gefragt worden wann wir ankommen, habe jedes mal 16.00 mitgeteilt.....kompliziertes Anmeldesystem es werden sofort 500€ Kaution abgebucht Bekommt man nachher wieder zurück wenn alles Ok....Kein Strand in der Nähe. Der angeführte war uns zu gefährlich...Kein Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe..

La maison est grande, bien équipée et propre.

Il n’y a pas d’accès à la plage. Et pour aller à la plage il faut se déplacer en voiture car il n’y a malheureusement pas d’accès pour le “public” à proximité. On ne peut malheureusement pas profiter de la terrasse car les moustiques sont robustes et incisifs.

The location of the villa is excellent, and the view is incredible. The hosts are kind and react immediately if there is any issue. The rooms are spacious, as well as the terrace. There is a wardrobe room opening from the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a nice hidden rocky beach within 20 minutes of walking distance.

The bathrooms require a bit of updating.

Excellent listing with breathtaking view and attentive staff. The property is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with large sofa, TV, and sound system; well-equipped kitchen (with air conditioning), full bathroom (toilet, bidet, sink and bathtub), and a huge terrace with a sea view. The upper floor includes two bedrooms (both air conditioned) — one with double bed and another one with double and single beds, walk-in closet, and a balcony with a sea view; as well as a full bathroom (shower cabin, sink, toilet, and bidet). Marco was very helpful, attentive, and welcoming host. Grazie mille! 🙏

We loved the quiet neighborhood with convenient parking, nearby bakeries and supermarket and beautiful surroundings. Our host was very helpful with recommendations and provided assistance in being able to drive in the central part of Siracusa.

There wasn’t a thing that disappointed…

Spacious, elegant, very clean apartment with a nice, large terrace. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. The host was very nice and helpful.

Spacious villa with a great terrace and sea view, we also took advantage of the barbecue.

Although some of the kitchen equipment was plentiful and we appreciated not only the small coffee mugs but also the large tea mugs, more cutting boards were missing
