Villa Vittoria - Waterfront house

The house is really nicely designed and if owner put more effort to renovate it - that would be an amazing place. I liked that it was generally clean. I also enjoyed the nice contact from the owner (or the rental company) and how nicely we have been invited and all explained.

The house looks like it was not renovated for many many years. A lot of dents, and pipes sticking out of the walls (never finished installations?). The bathroom on the ground floor was smelling very bad. The upstairs shower was working as badly as I have never seen before. And changing the shower head is like 10 euros, and is very easy. So why someone cannot do it? Asking this amount of money for the place should be gratified with quality. A few days later we rented another house - twice cheaper - that looked like a dream compared to this one.

Comfort, cleanest, furniture, free coffee, terrace with sea view, Wi-Fi, in place parking. Rocky nature bay with clean water.

Sea accessible by walking, but not too much comfort - 7min nature downhill foot trail.
