we paid for sea view room, there was no sea view, hotel is very dated, not clean, food is so limited, is beyond anyone expectations

The person who is managing the property is very irresponsible

Location was perfect. Breakfast was good with amazing setting Staff were friendly and helpful

We paid for a room with front view patio but was given a room at the back without even a window. We had no tv remote and requested 3 times but never received one Shower was cold no hot water Our transfer never collected us to return us to the ferry despite confirming

The villa room was nice and very comfortable, with a great sea view. The staff were friendly, nice, and quick to respond to my requests. The breakfast is okay and reasonable price and has a great sea view, and the on-site restaurant was perfect for romantic dinner. The hotel's location is superb and walking distance as Dhiffushi is a very tiny island. My only minor complaint was the broke kettle and the air conditioning loudness which is normal. Overall, a fantastic stay, and l'd highly recommend this villa for anyone especially solo travelers visiting Dhiffushi. To the staffs thank you very much for your truly excellent hospitality and service.

Our stay was a total disappointment at all levels: 1- We have booked 2 seaview rooms since 3 months, once arrived after 7 hours flight, and 1 hour boat, the manager says that they did mistake and there is only one seaview room the other one will have the "city" view. Believe it or not, he says "I can offer you an extra bed for free and a dinner, take it or cancel the booking and find another hotel" !!!!! Totally irresponsible !!! Never seen this in more than 20 years in booking .. 2 - This is NOT a 4 starts hotel impossible 3 - They have two locations PAY attention: one well maintained for the villa (rooms on ground floor), the other one at around 500 meters with no dirty place, plastic tables and chairs and 4 beach chairs for all guests (check the pictures) 4 - All the other hotels nearby were on a perfect condition, with clean beachs and plenty of beach chairs ..

It was peaceful and nice

You could make it a bit more fun or lively, like play some soft music in the background and put more lights outside when it's dark so people can enjoy sitting out late.

Comfortable room, kind team, cozy yard and beautiful nature

The hotel is located on a small island in the northern part. It overlooks the beach where no one swims. Yet it wasn't any problem at all. The food was substantial, yet a bit unvaried. The staff were very polite and nice. Thank you!

All the staff were very helpful. The private beach in front of the hotel is amazing. We could organise various activities at the hotel. Anil was excellent 👌. The breakfast chef too, cooked omelettes to order.
