Cosy cottage on outskirts of Bath

A lovely well equipped thought out cottage. The owners have provided everything needed for staying. A home from home experience.

The property is gorgeous. However issues with the kitchen sink not draining! Dishwasher/kitchen piping blocked I think. Plumber needed. Flag stone flooring needs a good mopping as dirty. Cleaning could be much better. My apologies to owners but I am fussy.

Lovely cottage with a great history. The surrounding village is beautiful! Great location if you want to go into Bath for the day/weekend. The beds are extremely comfy and clean!

Lovely little cottage, with lots of thoughtful touches, including toiletries, sizeable bathtowels and basic cooking supplies (pasta, rice, olive oil, etc.) It was very comfortable for a 2-night stay with my mother. Beautiful location along the river (which was busy due to v.hot weather). Parking right outside the cottage.

This didn't spoil our stay, but the main double bedroom is not very big for 2 people and the main bathroom is downstairs. The smaller bedroom has a small ensuite bathroom which was perfect for my mum. I slept in the main bedroom and used the downstairs bathroom. If my husband had been with us too it would have been a bit cramped, but overall the cottage is lovely and I would recommend it.

In de keuken was alles voorradig. Schoon en gezellig.

Trap was erg steil.

Great location, parking space, close to bus stops, pubs. Total chillout.

Everything- location, ambience, coziness, extra touches, attention to detail, comfort. There isn't anything to dislike atall. The cottage is very nicely modernized but within keeping of the cottage feel. It is conveniently located next to the river and also just by a couple of bus stops to get into Bath. There were many extra touches to help you if you forgot general items and instructions and details on everything. A cupboard of board games is provided for rainy days but there is so much to get through in Bath, and many things indoor, that you may not need them but a great touch. Uber eats and supermarkets deliver for lazy days (Tesco express is at the top of the road too) and also some great pubs on the doorstep. We ordered a breakfast hamper which was fab too and a great starter pack for us. The dogs loved it too and there were even dog provisions provided if needed. We will be back!

A charming, homely cottage with lots of little finishing touches in a quiet village. Exactly as described. The fireplace was a superb feature and the mattress on the larger bed was the most comfortable I have slept on. My adult daughter adored the smaller room with some en-suite facilities. We would definitely like to stay again.
