Good location I hired 3 lodges for the family all were well presented and laid out for our requirements.

2 of the lodges had a strong smell from the drains indicating they either hadn’t been used for a while or were brand new. It took a few hours of running the hot water to get rid of the smell. One of the lodges had no hot water due to low pressure in the system. It was disappointing and indicates a lack of preparation prior to our visit.

Clean scenic and calming and relaxing especially if there’s a jacuzzi

The tv was hard to find normal telly

The spaciousness of the cottage and the quality of furnishings within were excellent. The beds were the best we had slept in in all our stays away- so comfortable. The hot tub was great to relax in after a day sightseeing in the area. The cottage surroundings amongst the golf course were amazing as trees and rolling hills were every where you looked. Not far away was a short walk to a waterfall too. Great place to use as a base if you want to explore the area. Severn Valley railway - Bridgenorth is less than 10 minutes away and Iron Bridge is less than 30 minutes away. A most relaxing few days away to enjoy.

I booked a lodge on the booking.com website but up on arrival were allocated the cottage. The property were not aware of this fact. But actually it worked out better for us in the long run as it was bigger than a lodge and a lot more comfortable.

It was lovely and clean and fully equipped.

We were unsure where to go to get the keys on arrival.

Double bed was really uncomfortable , a very cheap bed frame and even cheaper mattress - real shame as everything else was lovely
