Luxury Retreat, Children and Dogs too

The best place we have stayed by far. The hosts were wonderful and the cottage was perfect. The hosts had left lots of goodies and made sure that we had everything we could possibly need.

The property was in the middle of the countryside and it was lovely to be able to relax in the evening without road noise or other disturbances. The property itself was lovingly decorated and in fantastic condition, clearly everything had been thought of. Peter and Carole are wonderful hosts who made sure we were well looked after upon arrival with essentials ready in the kitchen for us.

Very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was spacious and had every toiletry you could wish for. We rented the hot tub and that was amazing. It’s completely secluded and away from the properties around so you have the whole place to yourself. Our dog could also be let off lead in the space because it’s all enclosed and you can close the gate. There’s a lot of room there. The bed is comfortable and sofa is comfortable too. We loved the little extras in the kitchen which meant we didn’t have to go looking for breakfast the next morning. The host are very friendly and we really enjoyed my birthday weekend away at their apartment. Would come back and will definitely recommend to friends for a quick getaway in the countryside. Situated in the beautiful Somerset countryside, this beautiful barn/loft conversion held so much character and charm while offering a modern and cozy stay. Surrounded by gorgeous fields and scenery, the stay was peaceful and private which was perfect for a getaway! The owner was beyond helpful with any question we had, was extremely polite and friendly and even provided some breakfast, snacks and some small essentials. The bathroom, lounge and bedroom and kitchen was fully equipped and had all the special little touches an exceptional stay offers. If we are to visit the area again, I hope to stay here!

Beautifully designed, very clean and good quality

The property grounds are stunning, the buildings are beautiful and our apartment was amazing! We were welcomed by Peter and Carole who gave us all the information we needed i.e. working the TV, oven, fire and where the hot tub was. We stayed in the 1 bed apartment which was stunning, fresh and immaculate.
