Rumorosità dei caloriferi in camera, che oltretutto arrivati in temperatura iniziano a soffiare aria fredda Camera con finestra sul corridoio comune non adeguatamente oscurata durante la notte (impossibile dormire ) Corridoi comuni gelidi Telefono camera rotto Accessi laterali dall'esterno non sorvegliati da cui chiunque può entrare Assenza di wifi e linea telefonica in camera e in gran parte della struttura Soggiornato 3 notti e mai pulita la camera (immaginare i pavimenti dopo la giornata sulla neve) Staff reception impreparato

La disponibilità e gentilezza del personale, la posizione ottima, il kit di benvenuto

Il ristorante un po' troppo costoso per chi non ha il pranzo incluso .....in rapporto alla scarsa scelta di pietanze
