Pulizia non proprio il massimo. C'era un po' di polvere. Uno dei due materassi del divano letto era un po' sfondato al centro.

Da ristrutturare, enorme la nostra camera l'ultima lontana dai servizi ristorante ecc...

Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Apartments were a good size. Check in/out was seamless.

Apartments could do with an upgrade; hob very old and poor; electricity occasionally tripped for a few seconds; draughty patio doors onto balcony. Wifi terrible (need good wifi in every room in 2025). Garage access: sloping entrance ramp from road should be kept clear of snow. Beds not comfortable; and overall the apartment was not very cheery - a bit utilitarian. Bar not very inviting (hard chairs - basic tables: felt like a bar in a bus station)

The location is good for skiing. There is a rental shop with very good service. There is a discount for hotel residents, but I haven't checked anywhere else. The parking is excellent and highly recommended in winter despite the cost, €10 per day. The room is large, consisting of a master bedroom and a living room. The kitchen in the room is well-equipped and useful.

I booked a 4-star hotel. I got a cheap motel!!! For two days they didn't clean or change towels. When I spoke to the reception I was told that I only booked a room and no housekeeping. I was amazed. Where does it say that? The manager searched the booking, the offer, and the website and couldn't find it. At first she told me that the maintenance cost was €60 per day. In the end, after arguments, she confirmed free maintenance. And more: 1. There is no WIFI in the rooms even though the advertisement says so. 2. Access to the rooms is very difficult and requires a very long walk to the rooms. 3. There is no spa on site, jacuzzi or hot pool. 4. There is no lobby to sit and meet. There is an uninviting bar. 5. There are lockers for ski equipment but no heating to dry the equipment, useless. 6. Room without carpet, only flooring. 7. Restaurant with a poor menu, cold dishes and some with partial cooking, very poor compared to a 4-star hotel, poor! In conclusion: highly not recommended.
