It looks really nice place, comfortable

I don’t like the staff is too much information they ask, as soon I got there they was already sending me a text message when was gonna be my check out…the A/C don’t work and it is Florida was super hot in there SUPER HOT

Very quiet, 4 mins walk downtown, property was cool temperature, had all the facilities. Host communicated every step :) from check in to check out.

Very little, the location was acceptable.

It was dirty, bugs in the tub, mosquitoes everywhere, damaged kitchen doors, and rotting wall underneath the old wall AC

horrible experience Mold and water damage and peeling paint door handle came off so I was locked out until a locksmith came to replace the door handle left sharp metal parts of the broekn handle in front of the entance no hot water and charged for damaging a crib that I never saw or touched a HORRIBLE place

This was a great, clean. Perfect spot for a single traveler. Hosts were very supportive and responsive about the hvac system and the wntry code etc. Some water dripping in bathroom, and water doesnt get really hot. Oberall it was lovely and i plan on staying again.

Clean , comfortable bed . Good communication with host . Quiet.

Very small old apartment. No walking distance restaurants or bakeries , you need a car or uber to get to places . It was hard to find it . It doesn’t have number . Overpriced, needs renovations .

My room gave me the sense that I was on vacation on a tropical island. The neighborhood is hard to beat. So charming and quiet and yet so close to all the restaurants and shopping. Having that passageway on Florida Avenue is a huge plus. Makes it so easy to get around. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and I just fell in love with the Casa Grandview alleyway. It's a beautiful gem of a neighborhood.
