It was a bad experience all around. DO NOT STAY THERE!

There is a major house renovation project going on right outside the apartment. I was not informed when booking. Path leading to apartment was unsafe, unsightly and there was construction noise that woke me up almost every morning. I tried to leave after the first night, but management was unsympathetic and provided no solutions or no refunds, so I was stuck in that construction zone for 6 nights, which totally ruined my trip. Contacted Booking.com but they were not able to help me since “Black Swan” had already taken the payment. Also, there had obviously been some water damage to the apartment, and the A/C was plugged in to a very scary looking plug. I decided not to run it for safety, so it got pretty hot at times. Management did nothing during the 6 nights, except make snarky comments about my complaints. Do not deal with this company please!!

Cozy and tucked away, a good little weekend escape

Dirty, things left uncleaned,dead roaches found in the cabinets and oven, someone else’s bra in the bathroom… will not be returning

The apartment was cozy tucked behind/above a main residence. The mattress and pillows were probably the best that I have used while on vacation. I also liked that even though it was only a studio there was plenty of seating other than the bed. I would recommend this place for a couples getaway.

The apartment was a little difficult to locate at first due to the street marker being laid over and covered by the greenery. Also the greenery hanging over the sidewalk that leads to the apartment was slightly overgrown. I am only 5 foot 7 and I had to duck in some spots. My poor husband who is over 6 foot had to duck the majority of it. This is not a deal breaker just really the only negatives we had regarding the apartment.

Perfect mini getaway! Upon arrival you follow a secluded path towards the studio apartment towards the back of the property which felt very hidden, adding to the cozy atmosphere. Loved the wooden accents & multiple windows with the green plants/trees outside. It gave a very natural & serene vibe. The bed was also more comfortable than hotels I’ve stayed at in my personal opinion. I had reserved with my mom, fit two people perfectly. Additionally, the location was beautiful, situated in a historical neighborhood with a park right across the street. Also about 4 minutes away by car from Publix & McDonalds. Very well worth the price & wish to stay again in the future!

In case you are traveling with many luggages or personal belongings, it can be tedious & difficult to bring up the stairs or bring to & from the car resulting in multiple trips. Also, possibly an additional bath towel or two please. While I could’ve requested more, it was a bit late when we arrived & I had washed my hair late at night and did not want to disturb. Also while the lighting is very calming, perhaps a brighter/stronger LED light near the full body mirror when doing hair/makeup.

Location was great as was the room.

Honestly loved it all!
