Communication not great. Was not told that the entry code would be sent 15 mins before check-in which led to several panicky calls and email from me which were not answered but everything worked out just fine. I just wish we had know that in advance.

No curtains in bedrooms hence woken up when it got light Second bedroom needs a chest of drawers or unit. Bedroom very narrow

Appartamento ristrutturato e pulito. Camere ampie e ben riscaldato (siamo stati nel periodo di Natale). Non lontano dal centro prendendo un solo autobus per circa 8/10 minuti

Se siente cómodo cuando estás allí, gracias a la calefacción y demás aspectos del sitio.

La poca información de llegada al apartamento, las personas encargadas no responden por mensaje ni llamadas, teniendo que contactar directamente con Booking para información, no me había pasado nunca. Por otro lado, las camas muy antiguas y de baja calidad, principalmente en los viajes lo que se necesita es descansar bien y en este caso no pude conseguirlo, ya que los resortes maltrataban mi espalda todo el rato.

Bedbugs. Broken fire alarms. No self catering equipment. Smell of mould. Mice and rat droppings. Cockroaches. Horrible stay.
