The accommodation is a 45 minute walk from Glasgow city centre and offers the comfort of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The accommodation has a large fridge and the kitchen is generally well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious. The apartment is on the ground floor, which is always a plus when travelling.

Information on how to enter the accommodation unit should be provided at least that morning. It's inconvenient when you have to call for information. The accommodation could also have had a chair in each bedroom that could be moved to the kitchen/dining area when there are more than 2 people in the accommodation than can fit on the sofa bed located there. The window in the kitchen is difficult to close, i.e. it does not close after opening. The kitchen is missing pots and pans. It would be good to add a few plates and a larger coffee cup. The wifi does not work, but the signal is generally bad throughout Scotland so I would not pay attention to it. At least one double bed should have 2 duvets. It's not just couples who travel and often don't want to share a duvet. Also, an extra blanket would be useful.

Two bedrooms

No mirror apart from bathroom, no light shades in one room, very poor quality crockery, base of beds dirty, only had seating in the kitchen for two/three people, fire sensors were not working or smoke detector they were all hanging open, huge huge risk to us

Got moved to address in London Road, Glasgow and property was first class condition.
