The room look nice and I love the bathtub inside. Aircon is cool enough, hot shower, pool with good view.

Bathroom kits are not enough. Shampoo and soap in a small plastic bottle. No bar soap.

Very nice hotel

Good location, near a lot of good restaurants. The infinity pool and the bar is also nice.

This is not a 5 star hotel, so don’t let the ratings deceive you. I was travelling around south east Asia, and this hotel provided one of the worst services we received. Usually staff in Vietnam and Thailand go out of their way to make you feel welcome, they provide you with recommendations, always greet you and ask if you’re doing okay when you arrive and leave the hotel and they also assist you with your luggage where possible (irrespective of whether they claim to be a 5 star or 4 star hotel), we received none of that good service here. They also ran out of hand wash during our stay, which was pretty appalling, so they couldn’t provide us with any upon check-in, and when we requested one, they couldn’t offer any to us during the duration of our stay. They offered no alternatives either, so we had to request extra shower gel instead. We visited another hotel during our stay for dinner, and the service was tremendously better than this one, and that hotel was only deemed to be a 4 star hotel. Booking.com needs to sort out its hotel rating system.

Wunderschöne Zimmer, ein ganz toller Infinity Pool auf dem Dach und ein sehr gutes à la carte Frühstück.

Der Baustellenlärm morgens hat gestört und nachts wurde man leider dauerbeschallt von den umliegenden Bars und Clubs.

It’s nice but not a 5 stars. The location is nice but not exceptional. It doesn’t have the five stars experience : foodwise , furnish and all. It’s a 4 stars

Food Doesn’t even have hand soap Doesn’t give 2 cards : not practical The food was very basic Nothing compare to a 5 stars and for example the Palace hotel in the center The location isn’t very good The pool is better in picture But the room and the people were nice
