This was an absolute "hidden star" in Palermo. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were super-cute and clean. Honesty Bar was a nice feature. Really close to the main streets and many attractions. The breakfast was lovely!

Giada est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes, difficile de faire mieux. Hôtel magnifique avec de très grandes et belles chambres, bien équipées. Très agréable. Très belle maison / jardin. Emplacement juste parfait pour être pile au centre de la vieille ville de Palerme. Toujours de supers conseils ! Attention tout de fois au stationnement, un service de garage partenaire est disponible mais préférez les Fiat 500 aux gros SUV pour les ruelles très étroites de la vieille ville.

Wonderful accommodation in a convenient, walkable location. In close proximity to main streets with restaurants and shopping, also walking distance to the train station. Staff are helpful and accommodating. The hotel has character and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

This is a very unique property. It is not for handicapped or elderly people as there can be steps in the rooms. Our room was very quiet, clean and quite lovely. Each room is unique. Giada couldn't have been more helpful - she was great. The breakfast was quite complete. The area right around the hotel is quiet, but Palermo is very busy!

Great location for exploring Palermo. Staff were helpful and attentive. Their restaurant recommendations were good, the morning breakfast had a good range of Italian pastries. All in all a lovely place to stay as a family with 2 teenagers. The tourist office is less than 5min walk and the train station about 15min. The last 200m is on cobbled streets so hard going with a wheeled suitcase.

Great place to stay. Good location to get to all the places to see or access public transport if looking to go further afield eg Monreale, Mondello or Cefalù. Staff care about looking after guests. Topped off with a good breakfast offering. Happy to recommend.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! The location is convenient with shopping, dining, and tourist attractions within easy walking distance. It even has an elevator! Our room was very spacious too.
