Locanda sette fate SPA e Solarium

The property was lovely and we particularly enjoyed the Juliette balcony in our room (Morgana) on the top floor. It is also a couple of blocks away from the main street, so quiet while still being accessible to everywhere you want to be. Breakfast is served in a delightful outdoor space. And the staff could not have tried any harder to ensure our stay was wonderful. Five stars.

L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme et est très bien situé pour visiter le centre de Palerme. Giada et sa collègue ont été très accueillantes et de bons conseils. Le petit plus sympa, café expresso et eau à disposition gratuitement dans la partie commune.

The property itself nice and the room were very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming with tips on what to see. The area the hotel is in is a 5 min walk to the main street with restaurants and shops, in the day was fine. Would not recommend walking the other direction in the evening around hotel as it definitely had a sketchy feeling, also as evidenced by guests to make sure the exterior gate and lobby doors were locked anytime you were leaving. My main complaint was that we booked 2 nights through expedia (with hotel not full) and it only included using the common hot tub for 1 hour for 1 person for entire stay! If other family member wanted to use it for 1 hour it was 15 euros per person per time. It was a nice hot tub but nothing special or spectacular- not a "spa" by any means. Such a strange petty cash grab and never seen any hotel do this in a lot of years traveling. Expedia should make this policy more transparent in its listing.

Einfach schön und sehr gut, zentral gelegen. Giada ist wirklich sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist sicher und die Unterkunft etwas abseits in einer kleinen Seitengasse von den Touristenwegen gelegen. Bis Quatro Canti sind es weniger als 5 Gehminuten. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles in allem 5 von 5 Sterne mit richtig viel italienischem Flair. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grazie per tutto 8]

The staff was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to be helpful and making our stay very enjoyable. We have not had many stays where the staff was as accommodating.
