Cheap beds with Cheap mattresses. Bed broke on first night

The initial room we booked was double booked and the location we were put in as a consolation ended up being broken into by a customer who claimed to have bought a room, but that didn't get a code. Due to the fact they successfully busted through the front door we had to leave early as we no longer felt safe.
