The location is great

The building and the apartments are run down and super cheap/weak furniture in there. The cabinets rocked back and forth.

Location was perfect The person I messaged was friendly and answered quickly my messages

The place was dirty/falling apart. Paint coming off the doors. The bathroom toilet is so old, rundown and needs to be changed. No power when flushing whatsoever. Some minor and very cheap touch up have been done over the years (painting for example, but no furniture was removed, so you can see how badly it was done), replaced counter top but not cupboards below. A transparent window-mirror separates the bedroom from the living room, which means that there is no privacy as you can clearly see through it from both rooms. Nowhere to put your clothes in the second bedroom. The pictures on booking.com do not represent the reality of place - I feel we have been mislead. It just looks like a cheap RBnB.

The place is very nice and the view is incredible. The site is better than we had saw in the ad. Everything is nearby and is the perfect place to reserve. The host is always available if necessary.
