it’s location. on- site staff were helpful and kind.

the property management company who manage the condo are not nice and offer very poor customer service. false advertising for the unit (there is not a washer or dryer in unit/ it is a for-pay machine in the apt building). place is really run down the oven didn’t work, and property management company didn’t do anything to remedy the problem (beyond hiring a repair person). couch was old. poorly stocked kitchen. the patio wasn’t clean- cigarette butts and beer cans littered around. toilet clogged several times during our 4night stay. overall, not a great experience
