Been before,caravans are clean and comfortable and good value

There wasnt a frying pan!

Easy to collect the keys and close to arcades et.

The caravan was dirty and the Hoover was broke so I was unable to clean it . The quilts provided bad holes in . The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the mattress very thin .

It’s close to all amenities

Wasn’t clean when we arrived had a very strong smell of wee and wet dog

This 8 berth caravan is long, which is great with a full house. The location is absolutely fantastic, as you walk out of the caravan site and through a small car park everything is right there. Shops, fantasy island, convenience shops, takeaways and the beach across the traffic lights. Even though everything is so close its very quiet at night, the people on the site were very respectful and there was grass cutters/maintenance men on site. There is a barrier which you need a pass for to enter the site which made us feel more secure at night, a shop and small play park as well which we didn't notice until our last day.

Couple of things I would change because we did need an 8 berth is that we expected the sofa in the living area to pull out to make a double bed but it doesn't. A larger oven tray and cutting board would be handy to save cutting on plates, there was a dispute on the return of the deposit of maybe mixed information which is a shame as I would of definitely booked again.

Nice clean caravan, plenty of room. Great location

There was a little bit of a smell from the carpets
