Remodelled Luxury 3 Bed Apartment

Location was excellent and very handy for where we needed to be. Area very quiet and np noise at night time.. The flat was well equipped and it was good to have access to laundry facilities.

On arrival, we found one of the blinds down on one of the bedroom windows. Someone did come out to fix this, however even with the blind in place, it was not long enough to fully cover the window and block out the light . The repair person had balanced 3 pillows along the edge of the window to block out the light. Which meant we couldn't use the extra pillows at night. Heating is also an issue as cannot be controlled by those staying in the flat. The heating seemed to come on at 5am when we were all asleep, and also at 3pm, when we were out the flat. It felt cold at night when we were watching TV. No door stops meant the doors were heavy to open and shut, especially with little ones in the flat. One toilet roll for 3 nights between 6 people is not enough.

The bed was very squeaky and made noise every time we moved in it. Bedroom closest to the living room.

Very good central location of the property. Felt recently refurbished and good sized bedrooms.

No complaints at all.

The flat was very nice. It was very clean and well-presented. It was in a good location, which was quiet but within easy walking distance of the city centre and on a bus route. The hosts were very responsive to questions.
