What a great place! About 15 minute walk to the centre. Has all the things you need for the stay.

Quiet place with good beds, warm bathroom, big refrigerator and practical layout of kitchen / living room space.

The host asked me on the chat of this platform to give him detailed feedback about all criticism and possible improvements in case I do not evaluate him with 10 points. So here is my answer: The phone number was useless, because no one answered when I called. Supposedly there is a WhatsApp account with it, which has been accessed 3 weeks before my arrival. I sent photos because I had issues, I pointed this out in the chat of the platform, but I received no answer on this. We had booked the place for Christmas. Upon our arrival, the apartment had 15 degrees C. The heating system was “secured“ in a way that it was not possible for us to heat all rooms at the same time. Since the host only answered my other questions very slowly and no one took the phone, I bought forks by myself (there were only 2 in an apartment advertised for 6 people), and I bought wine glasses, because there were only 3. Most other glasses were dented and of 3 different designs. Before and during my stay I received many pre-figured messages, including a sudden change in the door code, while my messages were not always read. One agent had permitted me to check out at 11 (since on the day of our departure, the place was not booked), while another reminded me - with certain procedural warnings - to leave by 10. I would not book here again.

Clean, nice and comfortable and we have all that we need. We enjoyed the stay

The naked pictures prolly aren’t too good for having little kids around but that’s csuse I have kids with me. Will suit regular holiday makers without family. But that’s only one thing, the rest is good but there was only 2 loo roll for a 4 night stay for a family of 6 which I think the owner can afford to be a little more generous.but otherwise all ok.
