Berwyn Lodge

The property was clean and the hottub was ready when we arrived! We met the site manager when we got there and she was lovely and gave us some tips on places to eat! The site is in a great location.

The shower is a little small but we managed just fine. The lodge was very warm due to the weather and the fan provided was too dirty/dusty to use.

It was all awesome

The email containing detailed directions and the key box access code was sent on the morning we were travelling. This should be sent the day prior to the booking date. Which I had requested. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

What’s not to like about Berwyn Lodge, stayed for a couple of nights, stunning property and only a 5 minute walk to Llangollen, the Hot tub was ready to use on arrival and was a lovely addition. The lodge itself has all you need…..can’t fault it at all, we will definitely be staying again.

Clean

We stayed for just one night before travelling back home. The private hot tub was on and ready to go for us for when we arrived which wasn't expected as we had booked late. A bottle of wine was also provided which was a lovely gesture and the tea and coffee sachets were a great addition too. We found everything to be clean and well organised.
