City Quadrant - Properties Unique

The property was close to central station and easy walking distance to central town area. We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and really appreciated the weekly linen change and cleaning.

The mattress in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable. The area is very noisy.

Clean, spacious and comfortable

- Extremely expensive, 1.200£ for 11 days only - They charged an extra £30 for an early check-in, even though I was already in the building and was just going to change apartments - Check-out was very early at 10am - The glass door in the bathroom let a lot of water into the floor - They don't respond to messages - A couple of people tried to break into the apartment by forcing my door open without permission, they insisted on coming in and I refused. I let them know through the app and no one has responded to what happened. - The apartment is very hot, there is no air conditioning or fan to help. - The neighbors are extremely noisy, especially the one in the apartment next door - Safesearch is activated, I asked them to deactivate it and they refused, I thought it was a huge invasion of privacy

- Comfortable place - Well located building close to the train station - Well equipped kitchen

- Absurdly expensive, i paid 1.115£ to stay for only 10 days, more expensive than hotels and no services offered - The shower equipment was broken, they sent 3 employees to check and fix it. This took 3 days and it was still broken. I had to boost it every time i wanted a hot shower. - There is no supermarket or pharmacy around - Very hot inside the apartment and there is no air conditioning or fan to help

Its a perfect flat :) We enjoyed our stay, the self check in was easy, the balcony is the highlight of the property :) overall everything is decent and nice. There are scooters just outside the flat! Which is convenient for driving around the toon!

The bed can really use a mattress protector

Location, cleanliness and modern

Although I paid the total amount for 2 apartments, the 2 apartments were not ready for check-in at all until 5:30!!
