The apartment was spotless, had everything you need and the location was perfect. Would book again if we were visiting Newcastle.

Good clean property in good location. Responsive host - when we had something which needed resolving, they responded and got it sorted very quickly, which was excellent

The property was in the most perfect location virtually in the city centre very close to the station. The apartment was very warm and welcoming when we arrived. Nice comfy lounge / kitchen area with most things you would need for your stay. Welcome plate of tea coffee and milk which was appreciated. Nice selection of bathroom towels. Washing machine plus some tablets for washing. We travelled by train but if you needed to park there was a large car park just behind the apartments.

There could be a little more attention to detail for example holes in the walls where old curtain fittings have been removed and not filled, a tea towel for drying dishes. The BT internet had been disconnected and was in a heap on the floor behind the TV not a fault of the owners probably a previous customer but worth checking between visits. All of the above are observations and would not deter another book from us if we were to go back to Newcastle.

Location is great and check in was a breeze, team was helpful and responsive

Needed some more amenities like hand soap, shower gel and toilet paper, even if it is a hotel apartment good to have these so one do not have to worry about getting them

Location was excellent, good facilities. Reservations easy to deal with!

Carpets need a refresh and beds were very hard.

En suite shower was mouldy, bathroom sink was slow to drain

The location was top notch,the flat is so beautiful and clean,loved the balcony,saw the new year fireworks from the balcony.The kitchen had everything we needed,we really enjoyed our stay.I highly recommend
