Great location near station, beach shops

Surfaces were dusty, plates and glasses in the cupboard were dirty. At times there was loud music from the flat upstairs.

"Not the best flat."

Quite near to Pier and centre of town. Shops nearby. Garden at back was nice but could have done with a clean.

Parking was awful. It is difficult to find a parking place near to flat. It is no possible to park in all streets, some have restrictions. The chairs were very uncomfortable. Fridge too small. Could not get Wi Fi and TV channels were all mixed up. Quite chilly at night could not work the heating. Too many Nik Naks.

Clean, very well equipped, quiet, good private outside space, proximity to central Eastbourne.

Lack of free parking; no info about property equipment, eg hob; wrong Wi-Fi password on router.
