Caravan was clean and comfortable

It was not as the picture suggests it was a lot smaller, 5 seats in the lounge for 6 people unless 1 sat on a hard stool. Some of the dishes were not clean and 1 frying pan half covered in burnt on food

The park itself looked welcoming & was well maintained. Our caravan was clean & comfortable & the kitchen has everything we needed to make basic meals over a long weekend. There was freeview TV in the lounge, the heating worked well and the bed was comfortable. The Spa area was small, with not a lot of seating, but it was clean & the facilities were good! We didn't use the pool, but had to walk past it to get to the spa - it looked small but clean. We only used the bar one on site for drinks but service was good at the bar & there was free WiFi in the resturant / bar area. We found the location great for exploring Snowdonia National park & Caernafon. There were smaller supermarkets in Llanberis, or slightly larger ones in Caernafon. Overall we really enjoyed our trip & the accommodation was great for the weekend we had planned.

There were no towels or bathmat provided for the shower, or tea towel in the kitchen which wasn't clear in any of the booking information we received. Therefore, we didnt take any with us. When I asked at the reception about this I was told I could rent them for £12, and dismissed when I raised that the information on Booking.com isn't transparent & doesnt clearly state this. I didnt revieve any acknowledgement & was told I could either rent them or go to a supermarket in Bangor to buy them, which felt like a money making trap. There was also no free wifi in the caravan either, and they charge quite a bit for this, which again felt like a money making trap, as mobile signal is poor in the area. There's no instructions for the gas oven in the caravan either, so we had to call the front desk to ask how to use it, as we couldn't get it to light. It would make sense to add this into the info folder thats in the caravan.

The property was spotless, bed was comfortable and was cosy.

When we went to use the cooker the one hob was full of water but we dried it and it worked fine and the property could do with better oven trays.

The caravan was clean and tidy with all the bits and bobs you need to prepare a half decent meal. The site itself was excellent with a brilliant bar next to the on site lake. The bar / restaurant was comfortable, we didn't there as my wife is an excellent chef and very difficult to please.

The bar prices were well over the top but as the nearest pub/restaurant is 30 mins walk down a very busy narrow road with hardly any pavement, they have a captive audience.

The caravan was Perfect we had everything we needed and was very cosy and warm. Kitchen is goodwe cooked some great meals and breakfasts. Enjoyed our stay would recommend.
