Brynteg Coastal & Country Retreat

A very comfortable and modern caravan, well equipped with cooking equipment and utensils. There was a nice indoor pool and spa near to the caravan.

Shower gel/soap and towels were not provided.

We had a fantastic holiday here! The caravan was great and the facilities on site were brilliant. We’ll definitely be back again!

Opening hours of the pool etc are very odd. The hours are not for the benefit of users. Most people would want to exercise 8am. 10am interferes with holiday making plans. And 4pm closing similarly forces people to be back on site rather earlier than they would want. We paid alot for WiFi and it was unreliable. It went down 4 or 5 times in our stay.

On arrival to Brynteg Staff were Greetet by sain and nicki what a welcome they new ecactley what to do and say to make our stay comfortable Staff in resturant outstanding pool staff were a bit not intrested i felt in there jobs were more intrested i thought in there phones of which may i say is not a good look on the rest of the staff. but the facilities of the pool area amazing maintenance staff on hand to for jobs that we needed doing extreamly helpfull to

The grounds were very well kept noise levals brilliant very quiet areas for the dog. to hand very good it was all there to hand bin area well kept and good instructions to. caravan extreamly clean and all the tools you needed to keep the weekend stocked up beds very clean pleanty of room to had bit of an issue tho with internet trying to connect could only do it from caravan tho, not from reception maybe one to think about walking area near the lake near cafe was bit dangerous as it defo need attention i ferl it could do somone harm as i walked all way round

Lovely site, very clean and in beautiful location.

Wished the pool and spa would have been open longer hours.

Noisy party on Saturday Night that was outside the property

It was a lovely quiet park with brilliant facilities. The children loved the football pitch and the walk around the lake. The pool and spa was a perfect way to start the day. The caravan was well equipped with everything you need and were lovely and clean. We only seen and spoke to the staff on a few occasions but they seemed very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend here to stay and will definitely book again.

The pool and spa closed early. We would have liked a swim and relax in there after a long hike.
