The property was clean and in a great location, really close to Llanberis and all the main hikes to Snowdon

Spacious comfortable caravan. Spotless. 2 bathrooms which was very handy for a big group. Amazing location 10 minute drive from Snowdon

Everything was very good except for the paying wi-fi in our van. WiFi in the social areas was good and free. However I needed it in my van, so I paid £15.75 for 4 days. This reception was really poor. When we left the receptionist said I would get a refund which was much appreciated. However, I'm still waiting for this to materialise. The site is immaculate and very well kept. Trees and greenery everywhere.

Superb location for accessing the area - e.g., Caernarfon, Anglesey, Snowdon. Very clean caravan and immaculate, attractive grounds. Lovely views around the lake at the top of the grounds. The bed linen was to die for - very smooth linen!

Rowdy over the bank holiday weekend - lots of teenagers running around (but not upsetting). Then very quiet during the week - a complete contrast! Bed mattress could have been better. The caravan got very cold overnight. The bar meals were meh - the chips weren't cooked through for any of us. Despite all this we would consider staying here again.

Location

The gym had limited hours.did not open until late morning and closed early. On a very minor issue, the cabin door was sticky.it only needed oiling, but on the whole, we were very satisfied.

Very clean caravan and beautifully looked after park. Great location and very helpful staff.

Some basic items like salt, pepper, bar of soap and similar would be nice to have in the caravan as a welcome pack. It’s the case in most places today.

Beautiful caravan park, great location. I enjoyed the breakfast at the boat house on the wooden deck overlooking the lake. The spa area was clean and modern.

The only downside was the bed. It could be more comfortable as I was waking up with the achy back but apart from that, it was lovely.
