Location, cleanliness

Hearing wasn’t good enough.

Beautiful location, nice and peaceful and good size caravan.

Problems getting electricity to work. Circuit breaker for the plug sockets kept tripping. The electrician eventually fixed the problem.

Decent site, showers were fine, food was good, facilities like gym were alright.

Having to pay for broadband is ridiculous, end of. Especially when the website bugs and doesn’t give you a voucher so you’re left with no broadband or signal until the next morning. Food was a little overpriced and a little shop for essentials would go a long way.

Clean modern caravan. Well equipped.

The caravan was not cleaned. The cutlery were sticky and not washed.

We really loved staying there. Great views, lovely caravan with well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool and spa made our holidays even better than we expected.

Loved Brynteg,set amongst beautiful scenery & the grounds were immaculate. Staff were very helpful on arrival & friendly. Was easy to check in too.

Even after given directions & a map l found it very difficult to find the location of the caravan l was stopping in,took over 30 minutes of trying to locate it,it was set back so was pretty near impossible to find it. Luckily some helpful hiday makers helped me locate the caravan. I had to leave Brynteg for an hour,got back when ot was dark & once again l couldn't find the caravan,it was almost impossible to see in the dark,the caravan number was tiny. I had to go ask security to help the security man was so helpful. I think it needs to be signposted much more when the location is difficult to find during day light never mind in the dark,not a good thing after a 5 hour drive to get there! After all that was resolved & l eventually knew the way back to the caravan each time l left l loved it. The grounds are beautiful as well as the nearby area...went to the Boathouse for breakfast on Monday morning but it wasn't open although it was advertised as opening at 9am? I would really love to return to Brynteg.

Clean and very quiet, we were able to rest and the Spa included is very good.

The communication about the pet was not clear through booking and the place and they wanted to charge an absurd amount for the pet, after some time we managed to resolve it, but we almost lost out. And the internet is not included, we had to pay separately and Need a small market on site for some immediate needs
