5-Bedroom Luxury Duplex Penthouse

Location to the town centre and space in the apartment. Excellent value for money for our requirements of our group.

There was no heating in the kitchen/seating area and only one blow heater working..it was ok for us but if it was in depts of winter may have been an issue. There was some items broken chair leg and wardrobe door etc.

The house was big and spacious.

The radiators downstairs do mot work. I was freezing cold. Called the office, and they told me that they were coming and never showed up. One of the bedrooms has a big spider Web on the roof. So, 1 of the spiders crawled to my bed. The lift does not work. I had to carry 1 of our colleagues

The size of the property was fantastic, parking outside was very easy and the location meant there were plenty options for shopping.

Staff cleaner was rude and abrupt

Easy walking distance from town and stations. Loads of room and lovely light and airy space.

Great space for 8 adults. Comfy beds. Plenty of hot water.Great communication from the owners with little issues and an item which was accidently left behind. Easy parking.

A little noisy from the road until about 1am not a big issue. Some utensils missing (forks can opener) but we easily got them from the shops.A big pot for cooking and coat hooks for wet coats would be a bonus. 2 unsafe broken chairs which the owners said they would look at and in fairness only noticable when sat on.

Main living room was open and spacious and had a modern feeling and kitchen was equipped

Inadequate lighting in the bedrooms, no mirrors in the bathrooms, not enough loo roll for the size of the property, windows that didn’t open in one bedroom, access to the property via the main building felt unsafe with people loitering around, sofas had stains on them.
