Booking müşteri hizmetlerine ve otel yönetimine defalarca yazılı ve sözlü olarak bildirim yapmam ve uyarmama rağmen gerekli düzeltme yapılmadı. Sorun tamamen Booking.com sistemi ile ilgili olup bildirim yapmama rağmen 4 kişi yerine 2 kişi konaklayabildim.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame schoonmakers die zorgvuldig werken en met je meedenken

Hotel Laur in Didim is zwaar af te raden, voor ons was het een complete teleurstelling. Vanaf dag 1 hebben we een waterlekkage vanuit de bovenverdieping. Het water drupt continu onze badkamer in — ronduit onveilig én onhygiënisch. Meerdere keren gevraagd om een oplossing of andere kamer, maar het personeel weigert iets te doen. Alles zou “vol” zitten, en ze laten je gewoon zitten met het probleem. Pas na 4 dagen verblijf hebben we een andere kamer gekregen. En alsof dat nog niet genoeg is: Het eten is eentonig (alleen kip en vis), smakeloos en de hygiëne in het restaurant is ver te zoeken. Kortom: dit hotel is geen aanrader — verre van zelfs. Zeker geen vier sterren waard. Laat je niet misleiden door mooie foto's

Our stay was beyond expectations. Upon check-in, we received a free room upgrade. The facilities and pools are well maintained and clean, they are well laid out so that there is no crowd. The sandy beach seems a bit narrow and small, but every day we found sunbeds and umbrellas. Among the pools and the beach is a beautifully landscaped garden and an amphitheater for evening entertainment and shows. At the entrance to the road is a private parking lot, fenced and guarded. There are several restaurants and bars with unlimited consumption of food and drinks, aqua park, spa... In Turkish hotels, tip boxes can be seen on every corner, where the staff try to somehow extort tips. I didn't see any tip boxes in this hotel and the staff were diligent in their work. Of course the staff will gladly accept a tip, but they never extort it from the guests. We would stay at this hotel again for the same price.
