Casa Grande Suites on Ocean Drive

ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de todo. La playa estaba justo frente al hotel y se puede caminar hasta la Lincon. A pesar del movimiento y mucha gente en la oc drive en las habitaciones no se escucha el ruido. Los departamentos muy bien equipados.

I booked this apartment through Booking.com and had one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was in a state of disrepair and neglect.    •   Severe Maintenance Issues: There were holes in the walls, a bathroom sink that drained extremely slowly, and mold growing in the shower. One window had a severely damaged and unsealed frame, leaving a large gap through which rain poured directly onto the bed. Another window had visible mold and a large opening that allowed insects to enter the apartment.    •   Safety Concerns: The front door handle was broken, and the door lacked a functioning lock. Anyone from the outside could have easily walked into the apartment. This was incredibly unsafe and unacceptable.    •   Poor Living Conditions: The beds were extremely uncomfortable like sleeping on concrete. The furniture was old, worn out, and filthy. The linens were visibly dirty, and we even found a bug in one of the beds. The freezer was disgusting, with what appeared to be old bugs inside.    •   Lack of Response and Accountability: The owner claimed someone would come by to address our concerns but no one ever showed up. When I followed up, the owner falsely claimed that someone had already come. I reported everything to Booking.com and the property management team, but Booking.com refused to issue a refund. They said the property owner/manager had to approve it and had not responded to their messages. Bottom line: This property should not be listed on any platform. I would not recommend it to anyone under any circumstances. Equally disappointing was the lack of support from Booking.com. They failed to advocate for me as a customer or resolve the issue in a timely or satisfactory way. If you’re planning to stay in South Beach area, spend the extra money and book elsewhere. Do not risk your vacation, comfort, or safety on this property or through Booking.com.

I liked nothing about the play we stayed it was dirty the floors were dirty no face towels the couch was supposed to be white it was nasty the shower head had mold on the refrigerator was nasty with mold reached out to the property person they said they were going to have someone to clean the apartment but it should've been clean before our stay I ask for some type of refund for the cleaning fee no respond and it supposed to sleep 8 people it doesn't, one of the beds was a twin bed the sleeper bed was so nasty couldn't on it going forward don't believe what you see online it was just nasty, dirty place to stay need to be upgraded the apartment we were in 507 and 509 rooms was connected I need a refund on some of my stay we were very uncomfortable. I have more pictures than that but can't upload but the other people who stay will upload the rest, one more thing the owner never reached out to me.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa grande. The room was unlocked with a code, so you don't have to worry about losing your keys. The beds were comfortable. It was no problem getting in touch with the host, he responded right away. The kitchen was good equiped. Good shower, air conditioning too. The accommodation is in the heart of Ocean drive, but the room is quiet. It was a few steps to the beach. Plenty of restaurants.
