"Good location, poor apartment"

The apartment is old - e.g. you can’t close doors to one of bathrooms. Second thing is location of bedrooms. You have to walk through one of bedrooms to get to bathroom, which is only way to get to last bedroom - it’s rather weird. Location is perfect and not that loud.
