Tricky to find and really exaggerating pictures place is nothing like the photo serious downgrade

The broken door to our room that wouldn’t shut or lock while 3 random men on coke were in the kitchen gone midnight was the lovely added extra touch to ensure safety and comfort !

The broken door, the loud housemates having a sesh on a Monday at gone midnight on drugs, the refusal of a refund despite leaving immediately and contacting the property on leaving. Was booked for two nights and stayed for two minutes. The random cat walking about and fleas 😍😍 not to mention the staff and the scam and money grabbing nature. The rooms look nice in pictures but it isn’t what it’s advertised as. Unsafe and the people running it don’t deserve to be in charge of peoples safety and accommodation.

As someone who works away alot, the fridges where absolutely hazardous, they stunk to high heaven so I couldn't keep my food in there. They haven't been cleaned for month. There was no toilet role in bathroom upstar or down stairs for days.

I had a terrible experience and I ended up not using my reservation for 5 nights at all and still got charged the full amount!! I had initially booked my reservation in Forest Work and Relax accommodation in 16 Farmbrook Court on 18th Nov for a double room and twin room. The pictures on my booking had been unclear and therefore I had contacted the property directly and had confirmed double bed was to be provided in one of the rooms. However upon arrival there was only a single bed provided in each room. Property was contacted but was told it was a "single double"! The so called "single- double" was not even fit for a large size single person to sleep comfortably! Additionally the room had a very foul smell (smelt of gone off food) And on top of that the heating did not work! And this was a day on snow! The heating was turned on and was checked after 30 minutes but the radiators remained cold. Upon further discussion with the property, they had offered a "standard double" in an accomodation which was 10 miles away from the original property and as this did not suit our family circumstances, (we wanted the friends and family to stay together as we had booked it together) we could not take up on the offer but requested for a refund or at least a portion of the refund however the property manager was not willing to even listen to any of the other issues we had and hung up on the phone rudely. Despite not staying in that property at all for the 5 night reservation, the property still refused to negotiate a refund and was rude to not to even listen to the other issues. thereby I advise to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The bathroom in my room was clean.

Tall weeds growing outside and in front the entrance. Carpet is absolutely filthy on the stairs. Extremely hard to find. I called 3 times after wandering around car park for about an hour to find the property. Eventually the owner called me who doesn’t live in the area. The house has permanent residents downstairs and it stinks of bodily smells and old food. So does the fridge. Children crying loudly in the morning and at night. I paid for 6 nights here. Although it was cheap, it was filthy and needs painting throughout, in a dodgy area and I would never stay here again.

If you are only using this room for sleeping, then this accommodation should not be a problem.

Unfortunately, some of my groceries were stolen from the refrigerator. When I reported the incident, the accommodation's response was that they were not responsible. I don't mind it because that is normal. However, the biggest issue was that they didn’t reply to my theft report at all. I reported it because I was concerned that it might happen again, but there was no response. That was rally shame. In the end, I had no choice but to call the inquiry number for Booking.com. As for the accommodation itself, I don’t feel it’s very secure. If you're just staying to sleep, it might not be a big deal.

Very dirty. Pots had mould in them and very unprofessional hosts. Booked double room but only had single bed and was told it’s my own fault
