Very tasteful and clean interiors, you can tell that someone has put a lot of time and effort to make it to be the best possible experience for the guests. Every time I had a query, the security manager or property manager were there for me to answer my questions and resolve any arising problems. I will definitely come back !

Nothing it was hideous

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t ready, then asked to disappear for an hour to then return and the bedding was used

On arrival did not like accommodation, there was a notice pinned on door of shared toilet' ' out of order '. So turned around and left. Had to find alternative accommodation i.e hotel at great further expense. Raymond Seabrook.

The cleaner was friendly and kitchen had decent facilities, but I didn't even get to use it much because I had to check out early due to the awful experience I had. The neighbourhood which was quiet and green, and relatively easy to take a bus to head into the city centre.

The absolute worst experience in accommodation, do yourself a favour and stay away from this place. I was bitten by bed bugs on the first night! At first I wondered if it was bugs from outside but looking at photos of similar bites and talking to friends with experience of bed bugs I confirmed that they were indeed bed bug bites. I checked out early, and the bites got infected to boot! Due to the terrible risk of infestation (bed bugs are a nightmare) I had to throw away most of my clothing and luggage and lost a lot of money that way. It was not only the awful bites that was bad about the accommodation. There were shared toilets and each room has an ensuite shower. However, when I tried to use the shower, it did not drain properly and I ended up standing in a pool of dirty water. I did see the cleaner cleaning and hoovering and the kitchen and toilets were relatively clean, but my room was not. There were remnants of food and crumbs in drawers and lots of dust in corners, I had to use antibacterial wipe to clean most surfaces and it came off dirty. There were seemingly clean sheets but after my bed bug bites I inspected the mattress and the condition was abysmal – lots of brown staining from goodness knows what and the springs were uneven, not comfortable at all. There’s no soundproofing at all and you can hear everything that is going on, on both floors. On the first night it was freezing with no heating on and I had to wear layers of clothes to sleep. Staff I spoke to about my bed bug bites and getting a refund were not helpful and didn’t get back to me, I had to go through booking.com to get a refund for the remaining nights and they even had the cheek to charge me for a cleaning fee.

The location was great.

I would recommend getting live in tenants ti make an effort to clean the property. It’s not fair ti walk into a dirty kitchen or toilet and the first thing you do is clean it. At least have that rule in place

I needed a quiet getaway after a bit of a year - and this place was exactly that. Peaceful, no distractions & in a nice residential area with lakeside / woodland walks etc. Good communication with helpful staff. Recommended.
