No secure garden for dogs. No outside light and difficult lock on door.
GBGBThe location was lovely right on the beach front and accessible to town and trains.
It feels really unloved. It could be a great house to stay in for a holiday but the house could do with a really good clean. Lots of dust and cob webs all around the house. Food residue on plates, cups had tea marks around the rim. Oven doesn’t work and the towels all smelt fusty.

Our stay here was terrible. The house was not cleaned when we arrived, there were dirty towels and sheets in the bathroom and bedrooms. two out of 4 beds were made, supposed to have 8 people stay here and one couple decide to leave upon arrival due to the state of the house, we then had to give them their money back. Noted the sheets and towels and only the towels were changed, no sheets were changed upon request. The living area had debris on the floor and was clear very little if any cleaning was done. A cleaner was sent the next day and when notified of this. the manager stated she didn’t finish cleaning for some reason, this is not good enough when paying guests are arriving late in the evening.
GBGBThe house was poorly equipped and had a neglected air. The deck at the front was unusable - it was dirty and only had a table but no chairs.

AULocation Was excellent and layout was good for our multigenerational family. Good communication prior to arrival.
Lack of cleanliness-eg Appliances,, dirty marks on walls, skirting boards, tops of cupboards , top of fridge need dusting and a wipe over.Spiders in the downstairs bedroom. And a blocked drain in downstairs bathroom . Many down lights were not working. Rotten floorboards in the front “conservatory “ need replacing and the arm chairs in this room had ripped/ worn upholstery. Dead pot plants on the decking. A potentially stunning house which needs a bit of TLC and a good all over spring clean for better presentation.
