TreeCasa Hotel & Resort Nicaragua

We absolutely loved our stay at Treecasa! The family suite was insane, so nice and spacious! The pool was incredible, so much fun for the kids. The restaurant was delicious, especially the included breakfast. We took the shuttle into San Juan del Sur which was a fun experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!

It would be nice to have the pools open a little earlier... we wake up early!

This is a very high end resort with lots of luxury built in. It is clean and comfy.

The customer service does not match the level they are trying to achieve for the price you pay. The front desk did not seem to be able to handle large groups (which there were many of- and was very slow to respond to requests.

Very beautiful facilities.

They have many people there for “day passes” that are not guests at the hotel. This overwhelms the facilities, making it feel over crowded and crazy. It was not relaxing which was very unfortunate because the facilities are so beautiful. I really wish they limited the number of outside guests.

Location and facilities

Check in was a disaster. Despite paying in full by Monzo on check in, the hotel staff used the wrong system. They bothered us every day as to whether we had been refunded instead of doing what they should've done which is to ask their bank to collect the money.
