The Vine Hotel Chapel st Leonards

The location is good plenty of shops cafes and coop plus cash point at the coop. The room was clean but 3 lights were not working.

Arrived slightly early and the young man behind the bar just said you can’t check in till 3pm, then carried on about his business,that fact I already knew! Instead he could have said hello welcome, your room is not quite ready yet, but I can check your vehicle in and you can put your luggage in the bar and have a drink if you wish! Basic customer service skills guys.

Central location and close to the beach

The rooms were spotless

The pillows were a little flat

everything was good clean tidy

the room next door at 12 at night could hear them both kicking off with each othet banging shouting

Prefect location.comfortable beds,very lean and frienly staff

Very noisy. Room 10 is noisy but we was in room 3 the floors were vibrating from the loud music in the pub especially when sitting on the toilet.music didnt stop untill 11pm. Tv only had 1 chamnel ,remote wouldnt work even with new batteries put in . We have stayed here before a couple of times and never had this problem .was very disappointed.
