Noise from bar went on till well after midnight,

I received a call at 9.30am Sat 4th October, from John's at the property Informing me that my room was cancelled due to the fact there was no electricity until Monday. So it left me in a position. Where i had to change all made plans, as I was traveling up from Bedfordshire So i will obviously require a full refund, I look forward to hearing from you. Regards T Moore

The location was great and the room was spotless and had everything you could need. The staff were lovely too.

It wasn't advertised as having breakfast, but I think they're missing a trick as we would have paid more for this option. The noise form the bar below was VERY loud - this is ti be expected - but bring your earplugs (I did!).

Ideally located for shops , restaurants and beach. Hotel rooms appeared to have been recently updated so room was very clean and modern.

Rooms were above a popular karaoke pub so some noise disturbance afternoon and evenings although we did stay there over a weekend so possibly quieter midweek.
