Good size rooms and very clean…. Staff made us feel welcomed… plenty of parking spaces… two min walk to the beach

Nice and clean, but toilet seat was broken and for elderly people could've been a real safety issue. We Didn't complain, but the cleaners would've known about this, but didn't bother to sort it out...Poor ..

Karaoke on Friday night right under our room... This is a pub with rooms above, if you want to relax or sleep, forget it...

"Absolutely awful! Could not complete my stay. Had to leave early due to the poor conditions."

There was nothing i liked

Cleanliness , broken toilet seat. Loud music, dirty and leaking shower cubicle , dirty teaspoons, dirt in the kettle, stench of raw sewage, staff using foul language.

They forgot to put cups in room but it was OK we used a beaker to make a cup of tea

Had we known that there was horrendous noise below us from the bar would never had booked it was so bad we sat in the car till it ended at 11pm came home after 2nights tried to complain they just didn't want to help said we knew there was a bar every hotel we've stayed in here and abroad had a bar so in reality should get refund lol
