自然に囲まれた、風光明媚な宿。スタッフは、真面目で対応も早い。

ハエがものすごく多く、食事することが難しかった。この地域の特性かも知れません。

Room a bit to small no use

The thermal pool is a blessing after a sunset walk on Batur mountain, the breakfast is rich, the staff is very welcoming and helpful, the view is stunning.

We stayed in a private apartment with a hot tub. The staff were lovely. The hot tub was amazing. The rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade, but it was comfortable. There are beautiful views of the mountains.

The only thing we struggled with was the amount of flies during the day. ( Not a problem in the evening). This is due to the farming around the area. I think flies will be around no matter where you stay.

The staff are helpful and kind. Hot water tub is good.

1. Bedsheet and pillow cover was smelly. Report it to staff and they change immediately 2. Too many flies, you cant live peacefully 3. Breakfast serve to room with no drinks - too simple 4. Toilet was smelly, odour coming from shower drain i think
